Q: Does it cost to join?
A: No, there are no joining fees for the young men of our program

Q: Are there Try-Outs?
A: No, there are no Try outs, and we do absolutely no "Cuts" we allow for everyone to join our brotherhood.

Q: How old do you have to be to join?
A: Middle School, so 11-14 years old typically

Q:My son goes to (insert school district here) can he join?
A:Yes, our members come from school districts all across the greater St. Louis area.

Q: Where is practice?
A: Riverview Gardens High School Cafeteria, 1218 Shepley Ave. 63137

Q:What should he bring to practice?
A: He should wear loose fitting gym clothes, Sneakers, water bottle and inhaler if needed.

Q: Can his friend come with him to practice?
A: Yes to participate! No to stand around and watch.

Q: Can I stay and watch practice?
A: No, our practices are "Closed sessions" meaning only participants and staff and volunteers are allowed to be present.

Q: How do you receive funding?
A: We fund raise through parties and events, donations from supporters and various small fees from parents.

​Q: How do I book Y.M.O.V. to perform?
A: Please email [email protected] with all of your event info for your performance requests. Please note that our standard honorarium to perform starts at $275.

Q: Are Girls allowed to join?
A: The Young Men of Vision is an all male mentoring organization with an all male staff. We encourage young ladies to join our sister organization Princess Royalty Step Team here in St. Louis Mo.
